Have a blast with a curated selection of four rosé wines from different denominations of origin in Spain that are based on completely different grapes. A rosé based on Tempranillo grown at extremely high altitudes in the coldest area of Spain and that has seen a bit of oak contact (Boticario de Silos), a gentle Mencía-based rosé from the up and coming winemaking are of El Bierzo (Godelia Rosé), and two sparkling wines from master winemakers in the Penedés region, one Cava based on the grape Trepat (by Agustí Torrelló Mata), and one Corpinnat based on MOnastrell, Garnacha and Pinot Noir (by bodegas Llopart).

We are sure that you will not find such a fine selection of well-elaborated rosé wines anywhere else. These winemakers are worth the taste!

Boticario de Silos Rosé Barrica (Bodegas Septién - Arlanza/Spain): Wine made from a blend of red and white grapes found in centenary old vineyards of Arlanza, located at altitudes around 1,000 meters with respect to sea level. The wine has been done by carefully bleeding the must and continuing fermentation off skins. The final wine is aged in oak barrel barriques of several uses to import gentle wood aromas and ensure structure, aromatic complexity and stability of color.

Godelia Rosé (Bodegas Godelia - Bierzo/Spain): Strict and meticulous selection of grapes from over 60 years old vineyards. Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Thermal treatment of the grapes during the process at 5ºC. Manual sorting table, gentle de-stemming and short maceration in the tank. Subsequent bleeding of free-run juice of Mencía. Static of the must during 24 hours and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 15º C

Trepat (Bodegas Agustí Torrelló Mata - Cava/Penedés/Spain): This rose cava is made from Trepat grapes from the Ubac estate in Sant Joan de Mediona at 500 meters of altitude in the Penedés, which is known as mountain viticulture. Vinified at the property, with a cold maceration of 8 hours and a fermentation of 28 days at a controlled temperature of 16-C with autochthonous yeast selected for the variety before the harvest to respect the grape and soil expressions as much as possible.

Corpinnat Rosé Brut Reserva (Bodegas Llopart - Corpinnat/Penedés/Spain): Made with a blend of Monastrell (60%), Garnacha (20%) and Pinot Noir (20%) from the country estate Can Llopart de Subirats, with vineyards at altitudes of 360 meters above sea level, stretching out over a hill with uneven slopes. Elaborated following the traditional method with fermentation and ageing on the lees in the bottle for over 20 months.
