Each month we select some wines for you to double taste. We suggest you to open and drink one at arrival and keep the other wine to taste at a later time so that you experience how a wine evolves with time.

This works for both white and red wines. Whites become darker as they age and lose primary fruit flavors but gain tertiary flavors. Reds become paler and become more complex and savory.
