The Wine
Emily’s Cabernet Sauvignon 2018
In the Vineyard: Cabernet Sauvignon (85%), Merlot (11%), and Cabernet Franc (4%) grapes sourced from the best vineyards in the Napa valley. Special attention is placed into sustainable viticultural practices to respect the characteristics of the grape and translate the terroir into the bottle of wine.
In the winery: This Bordeaux blend style is elaborated with extreme care following traditional Bordeaux-like elaboration techniques. Aged in French oak barriques (60% new) for 22 months.
In the palate: Decadent and rich wine layered with aromas of black fruit and hints of mocha, espresso and toasted oak. A truly iconic Napa Valley elaborated in honot of a truly iconic woman, Emily Miner, co-founder of Miner Family Vineyards.

A dream come true by David and Emily Miner when they co-founded the winery in 1996, first elaborating wine in a crush facility and later establishing their own state. They quickly achieve wide recognition for their Bordeaux and Burgundian style wines, with their Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines becoming flagship of the modern high-quality American winemaking.
