The Wine
Los Quiñones
In the Vineyard: Los Quiñones de Tobelos, is a white wine from the Los Quiñones estate, a Singular Vineyard, located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra. This is a 100% Viura wine that could include other white varieties as it comes from a very unique century-old vineyard where several clones can be found
In the winery: The wine is made through a carefull fermentation process with a further 8 months of ageing on lees in the barrels where they have fermented
In the palate: The bottle should be left open for a while to express its aromatic intensity, showing flowers and fruit. Camomile, lime blossom and broom with a mix of citrus and tropical fruit. Sweet spice accompanying in the distance.

Tobelos winery is located in one of the most traditional wine-growing areas of La Rioja. The winery enologist, Adriana Laucirica, nurses the grapes and palces her heart on the elaboration of wines with personality from vineyards up to 90 years old in a fresh and unique microclimate in La Rioja.
