Elizabeth Rose Chockablock 2021 (Ghost Block Estate - Napa/North Coast/California/USA): The fruit for this blend is sourced from both Block House and Mill Race Vineyards in the Yountville appellation of Napa Valley. Both are certified 100% Organic. Malbec, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon from Block House, a 292-acre vineyard that benefits from the cooling winds originating from San Pablo Bay. The Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Mill Race, a 35.57-acre vineyard located across the Napa River from Block House, exposing the fruit to more sunlight, resulting in a different style of Cabernet Sauvignon compared to Block House. Careful fermentation process, with maceration on skins to extract color and tannins, and aged in French oak barriques.

Seabold Pinot Noir (Brosseau) 2020 (Seabold - Paso robles/Central Coast/California/USA): Organically-grown Pinot Noir grapes from terrains and soils of the state that are remarkably complex and varied, and really more a collection of 6-7 unique sites than a single vineyard in the truest sense. Hand-harvested at night. Grapes are hand-sorted at the winery; half of the production allows whole cluster retention. Native yeast fermentation takes place in stainless steel, then transferred to barriques and puncheons. After 15 months of aging, the wine is racked and bottled unfined and unfiltered. A few barrels production. Notes of red, blue, and black plums, dried blueberries, and red licorice. With air, notes of wet chervil, cinnamon, and just a touch of clove come to the forefront.

Wagner Caywood East 2020 (Forge Cellars - Finger Lakes/New York/USA): Hand harvested Riesling grapes from the singular vineyard Wagner Caywood East, which is a lesson in endurance, a power-packed and electric trip along its high elevation, steep, shale-laden terrain. The wine is fermented in oak barrels and elaborated to remark the minerality intrinsically associated to this special vineyard plot. Charged and ready to perform like a top quality Chablis. This is, above all, a mineral wine, with intensity, tension and complexity. In pair to the best Rieslings found around the world.

Carneros Chardonnay 2021 (Schug Carneros - Carneros/North Coast/California/USA): This Chardonnay features grapes sourced primarily from the Ricci Vineyard and the Schug Estate vineyard, with additional barrels from the Wildcat Mountain and Sangiacomo vineyards that underwent traditional European viticultural practices. Each lot was fermented separately and aged on the lees (“sur-lie”) in small French Oak barrels, with judicious new oak introduced. In the palate: The wine showcases intense aromas of lemon, white flowers, and nectarine. The texture is rich in tropical and stone fruit flavors and a light minerality leading to a refreshing and mouthwatering finish.

Blanc de Blanc 2019 (Dr. Konstantin Frank - Finger Lakes/New York/USA): Blanc de Blanc is 100% Chardonnay from Dr. Konstantin Frank's estate vineyards on Keuka Lake. Grapes are hand harvested in early hours to maintain their freshness. The grapes are lightly pressed and the wine is elaborated in the traditional/Champenoise method, with secondary fermentation in bottle for a minimum of 36 months in their historic underground cellar. Riddling is made manually. The wine shows characters of fresh pastry dough, lemon curd, and minerality. The crisp acidity and subtle mineral undertones give the wine great structure and elegance. Leading with a fine mousse, the mouthfeel is creamy and profound. Long crisp apple finish.
