Winedos Tastings with...

winedos tastings

We at Winedos are extremely lucky to spend time with many good friends from the wide world of wine. Winemakers, professionals from the wine industry, wine connoisseurs and influencers. And sometimes with time enough to taste together some of our wines.

Just one rule! They don't make the wine that they taste with us, don't commercialize it, and don't have any financial interest with that particular producer. This guarantees a fair judgement of the wines in this section.

But, hey, this is just fun! Don't take it too serious. Remember, wine is what you want to make out of it, and there are as many styles as individual tastes out there.

Simply enjoy the occasion!

The Merlot grapes come from vineyard Idahue, located in Licantén, 25 km. from the Pacific Ocean and next to the Mataquito River. A handpicked harvest and a later selection of the best bunches was carried out. The fermentation was carried out in micro-fermentation tanks, 26-28 °C for seven days. Finally, it was stored in French oak barrels for 10 months and then bottled.
