You will find "claretes" from Tempranillo made in high altitude areas in Spain in both the way they have been done for decades (fresh and sauvory like Vientos del Pueblo) and in sophisticated elaboration processes with barrique (Boticario de Silos). But you will also find a delicate wine the color of a pale rose petal made from Mencía in Bierzo (Godelia rosé), a blanc de noirs, or red vinified as white, from the ancestral Caiño grape in Rias Baixas (Albino), and, hold your breath, exceptional rosé sparkling wines from the recognized Penedés region in Spain
