The Wine
Pazo Albariño 2021
In the Vineyard: Albariño grapes grown with extreme care and respect for the environment in Galician parrales, where grapes hung elevated from the ground to avoid humidity and assist ventilation to control the disease pressure of the region
In the winery: Hand-harvested grapes, destemmed on arrival to the winery and fermented at low temperature (16'-C) in inert stainless steel vessels. Maturation on its lees for 5 months
In the palate: Pale straw yellow with greenish glints. Medium-high intensity of citrus and tropical fruit. The balance of acidity assigns a structure of great volume to the wine improves its traces leaving a powerful retro nasal aftertaste.
