In the Vineyard: Selection of Albariño grapes from the best old vineyards of the state grown with extreme care and respect for the environment in Galician parrales
In the winery: Fermented and matured for 6 months in oak barriques, after which the wine is transferred to inert stainless steel vessels for an extra maturation on its fine lees for 6 more months. The wine rests and improves with a further maturation in the bottle of a minimum of 15 months before hitting the market
In the palate: This is an extremely comples wine with aromatic notes across several different clusters. The elaboration in wood confers a rich spicy character that intertwines with memories from its maturation on lees and white and tropical fruits. An elegant wine with the perfect balance of acidity and concentration and a long finish with the characteristic bitter aftertaste of Albariño.
