The Wine
Talinay Sauvignon Blanc 2022
In the Vineyard: Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the Talinay vineyard near the Pacific coast in the Limarí Valley. Extreme care is put into sustainable viticultural practices with the philosophy of making the wine in the vineyard.
In the winery: This is an unoaked Sauvignon Blanc, fermented under very controlled conditions in stainless steel tanks after a cold maceration, and with a further maturation in the bottle before getting into the market.
In the palate: This is a wine characterized by the saline notes which are especially present on the palate, where that salty sensation is shown along with ripe white fruits and herbs. This is a dense and heavy wine with tremendous structure, great depth of flavors, and acidity that runs from the beginning to the end of the palate, providing freshness and underscoring that salinity.

High lands, almost reaching the sky. Fresh, clean air that comes in from the Pacific Ocean and enters damp, saline coasts. Sun and little rain. Limestone soils. Viña Tabalí chooses slopes facing away from the sun, which are unique and exceptional terroirs for singular wines. Their goal is to become a role model of fine winemaking in Chile.
