In the Vineyard: Grüner Veltliner grapes of the highest quality from the Weis Vineyards state and small collaborating viticulturists in the Finger Lakes.
In the winery: Careful handling of the grapes and low-temperature fermentation in inert stainless steel vats to preserve the fruity character of this aromatic grape variety.
In the palate: It is light and fresh, ridiculously drinkable, and makes for a perfect wine to sip with friends. Bright acidity with gorgeous notes of tropical fruit. Perfect to pair with fried foods, grilled sausages, fresh cheeses and grilled vegetables.
