The Wine
Astobiza White 2021
In the Vineyard: A coupage of 90% Hondarrabi Zuri and 10% Hondarrabi Zuri Zerratia from selected parcels harvested manually in the Arabako Txakolina DO.
In the winery: Destemed and cold maceration previous to pressing, with clarification the must by gravity temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
In the palate: This is a clean and bright txakoli with of pale yellow color with very instense aromatics predominant of white, critic and stone fruits. Very fresh and balanced with a subtle bitter touch in the aftertaste.
