In the Vineyard: The originality of this wine lies in its freedom to chart its own course each vintage, expressing the Hondarrabi Zuri differently depending on the weather conditions of each year. Only the best grapes are selected the top of the range wine of the winery.
In the winery: This is a wine only made in selected vintages. Aged in 700-liter oak barrels and composed with 15% wine that has undergone "brisado', which is when a white wine is made as a red wine, with contact with the grape skins.
In the palate: A very intense and aromatic wine with notes of stone fruit and ripe ccitrus fruit, together with a variety of sophisticated herbal hints and balsamic notes. An extraordinary modern txakoli defined for the most demanding palates.

Wines that are a reflection of the Bizkaiko Txakolina region, its climate and its land, as well as the philosophy behind what they do. Committed to diversification, they elaborate groundbreaking Txakolis, such as Itsasmendi 7, the first Txakoli Crianza of the Denomination of Origin, or Itsasmendi Urezti, the first late-season vintage, made from raisined Hondarrabi Zuri Zerratie grapes that have been left to dry on the vine. Itsasmendi evolve with the times and the times evolve with Itsasmendi.
